Our Refund & Return Policy:

Our Refund and Return Policy is subject to our basic Terms & Conditions, so be sure to read and understand our Terms & Conditions.

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are not satisfied with your trial for any reason, simply contact us at 1-888-478-0415 (USA) / +44(0) 20 3608 4832 (UK) / +61 2 8015 2154 (AU/NZ) / +27 21 300 2968 (ZA) within your trial period to process your return for the unused part of the product and you will only be billed for shipping and handling. No further charges will be made.

To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at 1-888-478-0415 (USA) / +44(0) 20 3608 4832 (UK) / +61 2 8015 2154 (AU/NZ) / +27 21 300 2968 (ZA), or by email at: support@NO2Maximus.com. Our customer service department will email you an RMA number within 24-48 hours of your request. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. trial charge). Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider. We will not provide any refunds or accept any returns for any cancellations of trial orders that are past the end of your Trial Period. RMA's may take up to 7 days to process once they are received.

For recurring orders: All sales after the trial period are final, however refunds may be issued on unopened bottles if requested up to 30 days after the shipped date. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unopened package within 30 days from the shipped date and you will be refunded for that order. Please note the following terms:

  • Trials are subject to billing for the balance of purchase price of the product after the specified trial period (ie, 14 days). To prevent this billing, you must first obtain your RMA number within the time frame of your trial period and return the unused product within 30 days from the order date, as stipulated above.
  • Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. Returned packages will only be refunded with an RMA number that was provided by Customer Service. Call Customer Service at 1-888-478-0415 (USA) / +44(0) 20 3608 4832 (UK) / +61 2 8015 2154 (AU/NZ) / +27 21 300 2968 (ZA) for your RMA number. RMA numbers are good for 30 days.
  • All returned products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to Trial shipments.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your return. Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank's billing and credit schedule.
  • Our customer service representatives may offer you a discounted price or partial refund if you call to cancel your account. You may accept or reject the discounted price or partial refund. If you reject the discount or partial refund, then in order to obtain your refund you will be required to return the product to us using an RMA number as described above. If you accept the discount or partial refund, you agree to waive your right to return this order.

Cancellation of Future Orders
If you wish to cancel future deliveries of Product you must contact Our Customer Service at 1-888-478-0415 (USA) / +44(0) 20 3608 4832 (UK) / +61 2 8015 2154 (AU/NZ) / +27 21 300 2968 (ZA), or by using our online cancellation form, or by email at: support@NO2Maximus.com and request that such future shipments be terminated. When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the Product(s) that You ordered. Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, You will be responsible for payment for any Product that has either A) already been shipped to You or B) already been delivered to you at the time of your call. Since cancellation applies only to future orders that have not already been shipped or delivered, there is no need to return anything.

Reversals and Chargebacks
We consider Chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services, and will be treated as such. We reserve the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services.

NO2 Maximus Single Bottle Purchases
If you wish to purchase a single bottle of NO2 Maximus without enrolling in the NO2 Maximus Membership Club auto-ship program, the regular non-member price for a one-ounce bottle of NO2 Maximus (a one-month supply) is $105.95, plus $5.95 shipping and handling. If you purchase a single bottle of NO2 Maximus without enrolling in the NO2Maximus Membership Club, you will not be enrolled in the auto-ship program, and you will be charged $105.95 plus $5.95 shipping and handling one time (total $111.90), for the order that you placed. New York customers will be charged sales tax. If you are unsatisfied with our product, if purchased as a non-recurring single-bottle purchase, you may return the package within 30 days from the shipped date and you will be refunded for that order. If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.
